About Us Dr. Sinko and his wife, Johnna bought the practice in May of 2010. Dr. Sinko has extensive surgery training and excellent diagnostic skills. In addition we have a certified technician any several experienced technicians on staff. We are an AAHA accredited hospital and are held to the highest standards of veterinary medicine. We love what we do and it shows! GOT AN EMERGENCY? Dr. Sinko's cell phone number is provided on the after hours message for all EXISTING North County Animal Hospital clients. We feel this is an important service to offer when deciding what kind of emergent care a pet may need.
